Pizza Dip

This dip is just soooo divine & simple. There is no better recipe combination than that, in my opinion.

Ingredients:

-2 cups mozarella cheese
-14 oz. jar pizza sauce
-8 oz. cream cheese
-4 oz. pepperoni
-Diced onion (or onion powder)
-Frito corn chips
-Black olives (optional)

The recipe calls for a 9x9 pan, but if you're like I am and don't have one, you can improvise with a 9x13 and a loaf pan. It gets the measurements close enough. Ex:

Spread cream cheese on bottom of pan:

Pour pizza sauce over cream cheese. Sprinkle with onions or onion seasoning:

Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperonis. I've never done this, but I think it would be better to dice the pepperonis up in a food processor in order to be able to eat pepperoni with every bite of dip. But if you're lazy like I am, just put them on whole. Tastes the same. ;)

Bake at 350 uncovered for 25 minutes. Stand back and watch it disappear.

Enjoy! I know we did!
